The Registration Packet includes:
- 2012-13 Registration Form
- Credit Card Authorization
- School, Rec, & All Star Prep Divisions
- USASF All Star Divisions & Age Grid
- Liability Release Waiver
- Please note: It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules and routine guidelines. In addition, it is your responsibility to understand and register for the correct divisions. All competitions are different (unfortunately). Wisconsin Spirit looks to the respective national governing bodies (AACCA, NFHS, and USASF) for leadership. By doing so, our rules and regulations have the best chance of matching the other events you choose to attend. Unfortunately, the interpretation of those rules and regulations are often subjective in nature. As always, we encourage you to simply ask and clarify any potential rule violation BEFORE the competition weekend arrives.
